i don’t need the answers
to breathe and be
for there is life to be lived
in the wondering
and believe me i am wondering
but i know
there is something for me
in the waiting
like there is something for me in the silence
and beneath it all
passion pumps and pounds
it calls and resounds.
it leads these feet to hit the ground
to remind me that i have been found
and i keep coming back around to the beauty
that i am not lost
but i have been found
and
no matter which way i am going
i am homebound.
