Written to Speak does not offer returns or refunds unless your item has been proven damaged, or if the shipment you receive is a result of our error.
We withhold the right to decide what qualifies as such.
Terms of Service.
All shipping is handled in-house, and I strive to be as quick and efficient as possible regarding your purchase.
Orders are shipped on a weekly (if not bi-weekly) basis - each Friday or Saturday - from Nashville, TN, USA.
Orders placed after midnight (CST) on Thursdays will be shipped out the following week.
We use various shipping methods based upon products ordered - First Class and Flat Rate shipping, although – with certain orders and weight classes – you may receive your product via Priority.
Because Written to Speak (Tanner Olson) is an independently operated creative entity, and because the efficiency of local postal services vary to relative degrees, we must make it clear that – although it is our goal to provide the best customer service possible - your orders may take longer to receive than the drive-thru speed our world is used to.
Generally, from the ship-date, you can expect to receive domestic purchases within 4 to 14 business days, and it is not uncommon for internationally shipped orders to have a longer transit time due to customs compliance.
During the Holidays your order may be delayed.
Refunds will not be given for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If we are currently in the process of a new release, and you have purchased a preorder package, then it is likely to take longer than normal to receive your items, as we do not have them in-hand at the time of purchase, but rather make our orders based upon yours. We will have made anything/everything that you should be aware of regarding preorder purchases and shipping times public knowledge at the time of our launch.
